Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026 · Applies to adversearcade.com and all AdVerse games (Ad Slayer, Ad Dash, and future titles)

The short version: play fair, create things you have the right to share, and understand that promotions are showcases. They buy participation in the games, never guaranteed views, clicks, or results.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and AdVerse ("we", "us") covering the website adversearcade.com and the AdVerse family of games (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) to use the Services. You can play as a guest or create an account with email or Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Choose a handle that isn't offensive, misleading, or impersonating someone else. We may require you to change one that is.

3. Fair play

Scores are validated server-side. Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, tamper with the client, or manipulate leaderboards or creation statistics. We may remove scores, revoke rewards, or suspend accounts involved in cheating. Competitive integrity is the product.

4. Creator content and promotions

Creators can submit content ("creations" or "promotions"), such as images, text, links, and handles, that appears inside the games for other players to interact with.

  • Your license to us. You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and adapt your content inside the Services (including gameplay, leaderboards, the Ad Binder, the Hall of Fame, and promotional screenshots of the games), for as long as your content is part of the Services or their historical records.
  • You must have the rights. Only submit content you own or are licensed to use. Don't submit content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, or privacy.
  • Prohibited content. No illegal content, scams, malware or deceptive links, adult content, hate or harassment, violence, or content targeting children. Political and advocacy content is not accepted at this time. Links must go where they say they go.
  • Moderation. All submissions are subject to review. We may reject or remove any content at our discretion, with or without notice. Repeated violations end the account.

5. Promotions are showcases, not guaranteed results

This one matters, so it gets its own section. Purchasing a promotion buys participation in a season's rotation for a set duration, and nothing else. We make no guarantees of impressions, appearances, views, clicks, taps, visits, followers, engagement, or sales. Analytics report what happened; they are not a promise of what will happen. Featured and Champion status are earned through gameplay competition and cannot be purchased. Promotions expire automatically at the end of their run.

6. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their payment terms, and their refund policies apply. Purchased durations begin when the promotion enters rotation and are not paused, extended, or refunded by us except where the law requires. Purchases don't grant gameplay advantages, rarity, or prestige. Money buys participation; skill and community earn legacy.

7. Seasons, rewards, and virtual items

Seasons, leaderboards, badges, collectibles, earned promotion slots, and similar features are part of the game. They have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and may be modified as the games evolve. Earned recognition that we describe as permanent (for example, Hall of Fame entries and Founding Creator status) will be preserved as historical records for as long as the Services operate.

8. Our content

The Services, including the AdVerse, Ad Slayer, and Ad Dash names, logos, artwork, design, and code, belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy, resell, or create derivative works from them outside of normal gameplay and sharing features. Share cards and screenshots the games generate for you are yours to post anywhere.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Services or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other players, or abuse the Services. If we terminate for a violation, unused promotion durations are not refunded.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular content, score, or statistic will be preserved except as described in Section 7. Third-party links inside creator promotions lead to destinations we don't control, so visit them at your own judgment.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Services evolve. If a change is material, we'll update the date at the top and notify you in-app or by email. Using the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
